Grandmec supports mechanical and product engineers, design consultancies, equipment manufacturers, R&D teams and procurement buyers outsourcing drawing-based precision components. Selected automotive product programmes are a separate, secondary B2B offering.
Manufacturing resources are coordinated around the approved drawing, material and batch requirement. The scope includes CNC and conventional milling and turning, with grinding, wire EDM and drilling where appropriate. Complex 5-axis, Swiss-type and mill-turn routes are reviewed against the geometry and suitable resource availability. Component applications include cooling, server hardware, automation, fluid control, instrumentation, energy and industrial equipment.
For automotive distributors and professional buyers, Grandmec also supports focused wheels, fitment, braking, chassis, cargo and selected tire programs. These supplied programs remain clearly separated from components manufactured to customer drawings.

Materials We Work With
Our machining scope focuses on aluminium, steel and other ferrous metals, copper and copper alloys, and stainless steel. Material selection is evaluated against strength, thermal performance, corrosion resistance, machinability and the drawing requirement.
Process capability, inspection scope and material documentation are confirmed against each approved RFQ and the component's functional requirements.
